Scope

This application should handle all aspects of the community concept. This includes scraping posts on the steem blockchain and posting, commenting, and/or voting on them. The bot will redeem any post rewards and use them to power up the community members equally. Generated reports will be used for the next week's community post.

The goal is to create a bot that can run entirely on its own with no human intervention.
