This PR adds a new cocktail recipe called Ethiopian Delight to the project. The cocktail features Ethiopian coffee, rum, vodka, Coke, and mint, creating a bold and refreshing drink with a unique twist.

Changes Made:

Added the recipe JSON file: ethiopian-delight.json to the /src/recipes/ directory.
Included an image: ethiopian-delight.jpg in the /src/assets/recipes/ directory.
Validated the JSON structure with JSONLint.
