Backup and restore

The ALPR database gets more valuable as the number of plates in it increases over time. It would be great to have an option to backup the config, db, images, etc and be able to restore to that point if needed. I know this can be done with docker save/load/commit/export, but having a feature built-in might make it easier for some users. Thanks!
