The node-sass version that is currently used has an outdated package node-gyp. This breaks builds and installs on Windows with VS2022 as it cannot find it properly. Updating package.json and yarn.lock. Removing uneeded package-json.lock.

The node-sass version that is currently used has an outdated package
node-gyp.This old version breaks builds and installs on Windows with VS2022 as it cannot find anything newer than VS 2017.
Updating package.json and yarn.lock.
Removing unneeded package-json.lock.
