Remove deprecated govuk-pagination__item--ellipses class #6314

Remove deprecated govuk-pagination__item--ellipses class.
Why
#5882 introduced an equivalent govuk-pagination__item--ellipsis, whose spelling is consistent with the Nunjucks parameter and the fact that there's only ever one ellipsis per item of the pagination. The next breaking release should remove it.
