Feature request: support non root user

I tested and founded out that this is a good , working code. I can follow instruction and run without problem.

One improvement requested is that now docker run as root. For django app create, it will create under root priviledge.

If VM doesn't use root user, the code will create folder or new file under root which will cause issue modifying the file.

My requested feature is to run docker under normal user, please correct me if I understand something wrong.
