Make sure tasks are finished on time

Impediment:

• not everything of the last sprint was merged into the right branch on time, so the release candidate did not contain all completed features
• not everything that could be released was release due to late submission

Notes:

• some team members finished their tasks last minute, that is why the release manager was struggeling (justifiably)
• one suggestion during the retro was to set a due time for pull request so the release manager has enough time to review the code and tag the release candidate

Solution:

• agree on a due time to open pull requests so the release manager does not come under tiem pressure

We agreed on Tuesday 8 pm as due time for opening pull requests, so that the release manager and the other devs who review hvae enough time to do that :)
