Add CLI Support for Date Range and Fix JSON Export #322

User story
As a power user
I want to specify a date range via the command‑line interface and receive a correctly formatted JSON export
So that I can automate data extraction for specific periods without manual filtering
Acceptance criteria
CLI accepts --start-date and --end-date parameters
Only appointments within the specified range are included
JSON export file structure matches documentation and contains no formatting errors
Definition of done (DoD)
- Added only after week 5
- The same for all features
- Here goes the project specific part
DoD general criteria
- Feature has been fully implemented
- Feature has been merged into the mainline
- All acceptance criteria were met
- Product owner approved features
- All tests are passing
- Developers agreed to release
