Import CSV not support UTF-8

When i try import CSV with UTF-8 wncoding with Cyrillic symbols - i get unreadable data

What is the encoding setting of your CSV file? I tested with this test sample (csv encoding), UTF-8 symbols displayed correctly

It is also helpful if you can upload a sample of your CSV file so that I can test it on my side.
