[Feature Request] built-in Exclude / Ignore Device setting or list

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Would like to have a built-in setting so the integration does not discover or add entities for “ignored" devices. This is very useful for mobile devices and devices that show as having a battery but are actually plugged into power full-time (some sensors use USB power even though they can use batteries)

Describe the solution you'd like

Something as simple as a manual list of devices to ignore/exclude and/or When BD discovers a device, next to Add have a button for Exclude (always ignore, do not create Battery Notes entities)

Hi, you can ignore discovered devices with the built in Home Assistant add panel and it won't be discovered again, not sure what maintaining a list within battery notes would give in addition to this.

I guess it depends on where you are adding from.

if from that HA settings screen (http://homeassistant.local:8123/config/integrations/dashboard) then you see Ignore...

If from within the Integration there is no Ignore button (http://homeassistant.local:8123/config/integrations/integration/battery_notes)...

Ah ok, the second screen is actually still HA presenting those, I don't have control over putting an ignore button there and it looks like they've forgotten to add one.

I do contribute to core & frontend but I'm more of a backend person so I'd have to look how complex it is to add that, and if it would get accepted.
