How to implement complex dosing regimen in PopED

Dear PopED developer,

I met a question when applying PopED to guide sampling schedule after complex dosing regimen.

I wish to know how to implement step-up dose (up-titration) dosing and cycle-varying dose interval in PopED.

An example is as follows:
(1) Stage 1: the patients will receive 30 mg of the drug on 1st week and 90 mg on 2nd week and continue with weekly 90 mg regimen for the initial 6 weeks.
(2) Stage 2: the patient will switch to tri-weekly 90 mg dosing at and beyond week 7.
