give.do link is not longer accepting donations #4091

The give.do link in the README for the train tragedy is no longer accepting donations which makes it not much of a useful link anymore.
Describe the solution you'd like
I think it would be beneficial to change the link to a new cause, so people can donate to a new cause that is currently ongoing.
