Support For Scheduled Volume Snapshots

Would like to request to support Scheduled Volume Snapshots. 

Its an existing feature in cloudstack, and for me as an admin, when i provision new VMs using terraform (especially if its meant to host databases), i have to manually configure scheduled snapshots manually. 

Would be really great to automate this using terraform.
