Add three new Grafana dashboards for engineering metrics tracking: - Create CodeChangesReport.json dashboard for tracking code changes with PR and Basecamp links, including table labels - Create SDLCMetrics.json dashboard with Slack channel integrations, BAU metrics tracking, and SDLC lifecycle graphs - Create DataValidation.json dashboard for data quality validation Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
