[maven-project] get test data by default path, rather than env variable #757

Describe the enhancement requested
Currently, we test spark with environment variable to get test data director:
incubator-graphar/.github/workflows/spark.yaml
Lines 44 to 45 in 1bb0468
It will be more friendly for developers to test with default path of testing under project director
