feat(java,info): refer to spark library to add methods to javainfo

Describe the enhancement requested

JavaInfo is still missing some methods compared to spark library. Therefore it cannot replace GraphInfo/EdgeInfo/VertexInfo in spark.

For example isValidated()

Pls ensure that the methods in Java-info can cover the methods of Infos in spark.
