Setting blink interval programmatically

Hi,
is there a way to set blink interval programmatically in java code?

I've found the BlinkerView very useful, but I need to set blink duration dynamically depending on my own conditions.

Ooof no, I never needed it. And tbh this project is quite old, so I'm not very motivated to invest additional time into it...
However, if you want to add it in, feel free to open a PR and I'll take a look to merge it asap :)
