Refactors the main flow into a new pipeline, that can optionally overlap the various stages (computing alignments, feature generation, inference, relaxation) for the input batch using Python multiprocessing. This can significantly reduce the end-to-end runtime for the batch, depending on the chosen inference/relaxation backends.
