Node 10 end-of-life

Saw the following warning in Azure DevOps pipeline:

We have the same problem in our pipeline.
@liamg probably no longer works at AquaSecurity...
but maybe @geyslan can help?

Hello, this repo wasn't actively developed for a while due to capacity and prioritization considerations. but we are planning to resume investing in this (as well as other trivy extensions) in a couple of months or so. I see that there's an open PR to fix this issue, we will try to get it merged earlier
