2suffix from crate names.cargo upgrade -ifrom cargo-edit). Most updates just worked; logos and derive_more required small changes.I also removed the github PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.md, because it's annoying, and the ISSUE_TEMPLATE.md because it apparently doesn't do anything.
