Unable to Select .Mokuro file format files in Mokuro reader.

Hardware - Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold
App Version 2.8 and 2.9

Unable to see or select any stand alone files with file selector within the app when on the Mokuro reader. File explorer only shows folders with no contents. Validated in multiple file explorers that the files are located in those directories.

Any information on details regarding the built in file explorer/browser functionality that could be found would be helpful. Cant find information on mokuros github regarding this being an issue.

Jidoujisho uses the old mokuro format which is the htmls. But newer versions of mokuro do not use the legacy htmls.

If you want to use the newer format, instead of using the built in mokuro reader, use the built in browser then navigate to https://reader.mokuro.app/

This doesnt resolve the issue of me being unable to select locally stored .html files either. the problem exists within the file browser of the mokuro app tied to this where you cannot select any file with the reader. I did explicitly note that I was unable to select "ANY" stand alone files through the file browser included with the mokuro portion of the app.

Just wanted to add that I am encountering the same issue. I downgraded to a previous version and that seems to have solved the issue for now. Hope this can be addressed in future updates. Thank you for your hard work!

Not sure why you are saying a previous version fixes this when i tired current plus the last 3 other versions and none work. Its also unhelpful to post such a comment without some proof of that statement. as far as im concerned, the app is bugged and unusable and more people should be aware that its bugged and unusable.

Do not use version 2.9.x. If you go thorough other issues here you'll for sure get to the conclusion these versions are broken. That's why they are called "preview", a "pre-release" version. There're issues with frequency lists, dictionary importing, dictionary formatting, recursive look ups are partially broken, issues with the card exporter not opening, etc.

Personally I barely have any issues with 2.8.10. Pretty much 100% stable. But 2.9.x: broken and unusable for me. I know some people also have some problems with 2.8.10, ofc, but 2.9.x is waaay more unstable. Many already requested arianneorpilla to put some explanations somewhere to explain the tremendous amount of issues people are having with 2.9.x all the time, but still nothing. Also the YouTube fix that came in the pre-release is yet to come to a "2.8.11" stable version. I opened an issue on the YouTube fix but still no response. Let's wait. Arianneorpilla is (afaik) really busy.

Just ignore 2.9.x, it's really unstable for daily usage.
