Youtube subtitles not showing

Youtube subtitles not showing on any video, auto generated or not.
The transcript is always empty.
Tried on both 2.9.0 and 2.8.10 versions.

It is happening for me too! I really love this app but the 2.9.0 wasn't recording the youtube audio and now the subtitles are not working on 2.8.10 :(

Same issue for me. This has been happening for about a month.

If I can find some free time, I may investigate this and try to fix it because it's quite important to me.

Does anyone have any clues as to why it may not be working?
