Blank space problem between Content and Footer

Hi,

i was searching for a template as i'm not very confident with CSS/HTML, and i wanted to use your template.

When the content of the page is not enough a blank space appears after the footer until the end of the page.

If the footer is fixed at the bottom, the blank space is now between the content and the footer

Did you get before this problem ? :)
