phasdetect_phasing analysis error

When I run phasdetect to the step of phasing analysis , the program reports an error saying:

Cannot open the bowtie outputed DATA at /home/appl/.phasis/phasclust.genome.v2.pl line 111.
** Problem with Phasing script - Return code not 0
