Add to conda instructions?

In the README usage section, I wonder whether we need to explicitly say how to activate the CLEX conda environment?

Also, can someone use the intake catalogue if they are using their own conda environments instead of the CLEX one?

Actually this is something that I need to verify once gadi is back, if this is working correctly in conda.

Yes you can still access the catalogue as long as you have the catalogue.yaml file path which is in ia39.
I will fix the instructions so all the above is clear
