Default Response Mode does not change

Hello, I am trying to integrate my .Net Web App with a simple code snippet that uses /authorize web page.
I set response type and mode to "code" and "form_post", however when I look into a redirection history in my browser, it uses query and I also get this in my .Net App:
AuthenticationFailureException: An OpenID Connect response cannot contain an identity token or an access token when using response_mode=query

I deploy it to repocloud, didn't do any other configuration other than response type and mode.
