Colors messed up on USB capture

Can anyone help. This is my first time setting up HyperHDR. I have a USB capture card hooked up to a Raspberry Pi and my video image colors are all messed up. It's like the reds and blues are reversed. I haven't even tried hooking up LEDs yet.
