P010 codec gone after update from beta to release

Steps to reproduce

1. Install the beta release e.g. beta1
2. upgrade to the new release via sudo apt-get full-upgrade

What is expected?

the P010 codec is still available

What is actually happening?

the P101 codec is gone:

P010 is a part of the system not HyperHDR, if you were using non-DKMS version then most likely kernel upgrade killed it and it was a warning about it:

DKMS P010 was available is SD images since the stable version 21 only, beta SD images were non-DKMS .
