Everything mounted to this board, PI and PICO are on standoffs to keep them raised, heatsinks on the PI, power supply is 5v 30a, so plenty of power, everything is modular, so if the PI/Pico fail, I could just unplug them, same up to the TV, car level connectors, I could just unplug everything but things are soldered where needed. I spent a few hours working on this after bench testing the LEDs that are now on the back of the TV ready to go. Even used angled adapters (240w and 40gb connectors) so low stress on wires.
Black tape over the HDMI out port, so no mistakes could happen.
5v feeds will go to the start and mid-point to allow best power layout.
On the back of my entertainment setup, towards the center, there is an opening to allow wires (from the shelf on the back), I used mirror holders to use as a hook, so I can just hook this on the back, it sits about 1" below the top of the entertainment cab, so you won't be able to see anything from the front. Power, network and HDMI from my splitter.
I really did try to think of everything compared to my past Hyperion setup.
What do you think and what would you change?
