UGreen 25173 - Switch 2 Capture issues?

Just wanted to put this here to see if anyone else had any similar issues or an alternative capture card that doesn't have these issues - and if it's just the Switch 2 itself and happening everywhere at least this gives it visibility I guess! :)

Been using the 25173 for ages now with no issues across Apple TV, PS5, Switch..then we bought a Switch 2.

The console seems to start like this 90% when viewing in HyperHDR (but fine on the TV itself, only notice because of LED colours not matching at all)

Short Term Fix (but you'll have to keep doing it) :Go into the Switch 2 system settings and flipping the res down from 4K to anything else then back up to 4K fixes it until next deep sleep by the looks of things. Seems to be fine until both the TV and Switch are off for too long.

Edit: Hasn't happened since Switch 2 update 20.2.0
