Setup problem with sk6812 rgbw 12v with rpi3b+

Hi there,

I'm facing a problem with the first setup of the sk6812 rgbw 12v with my rpi 3b+.

I'm using a meanwell 12v power supply (connected the led and power cable) and connected the data cable from the led to the rpi3b+ (gpio 10)

When I try to use the setup the leds are flickering in different colors very fast (you could almost get an epileptic seizure from it)- they are not synchronizing.

So my question is, what do I need to configure to get this working correctly, couldn't find any helping information in previous discussions and already tried every setting in hyperhdr (with suggestions from other users)

Could solve my own problem - forgot to add the common ground to the wiring.
Flickering is now gone, the rest should be settings.
