test finds - action uses unsupported version number 1.16

I realise this action is not quite ready to use yet but couldn't resist having a go.

Just having a look at this promising action and noticed that it uses a now unsupported version

Error: invalid version, 1.16 is no longer supported, supported values: 1.17, 1.18, 1.19, 1.20, 1.21

Also it notice it picked up the wrong region from the yml script.

Perhaps changing this line in the action would fix the version number error
