Remediate and improve the ecs tests #1149
Description
Some edits can be made to the ecs tests to improve them and become more efficient.
- Add the
ephemeraltag to all resources that can be tagged so they can be cleaned up after tests in any off chance. - Do not create autoscaling group if the ecs launch type is
FARGATE. It is not necessary and would free up resources as well as improve efficiency of the test.
