refactor(hf): Side-by-side local, news use case

Refactor the Hugging Face demo to give a side-by-side comparing
in-notebook to on-SageMaker training, as we do for other frameworks.
Switch to AG news headline classification use case for faster local
performance and consistency with other frameworks.
