Thanks for opening this pull request. We need to perform end to end testing before we can add these regions. There are other resources that may not be available in these two regions. |

@groverlalit i have already implemented them on the same region opting out of the front end application . it worked . |

Description of changes:
This changes specifically focuses on including new transit gateway supported regions which are not yet reflected on the hub template . Very recently had to support a customer for the cape town region for which the hub templates failed to deploy hence the changes
