q cli cause tmux vim to get stuck

Checks

• I have searched github.com/aws/amazon-q-developer-cli/issues and there are no duplicates of my issue
• I have run q doctor in the affected terminal session
• I have run q restart and replicated the issue again

Operating system

Linux 6.8.0-49-generic - Ubuntu 24.04.3 LTS

Expected behaviour

vim on tmux can work

Actual behaviour

vim on tmux get stuck

Steps to reproduce

1. tmux
2. vim a file
3. ctrl + B, " split the pane
4. Use mouse to adjust the vim pane size
5. vim get stuck and user can't input any thing.

Here is .tmux.conf
