Is there any other code we can delete? Or is all of that re-used by the agentic LSP?

## Problem The workspace LSP has been merged into the Amazon Q LSP (Flare). There is no need to keep the non-flare workspace LSP, it will consume both CPU and memory once it starts to index. This will make non agentic chat experience not having `@file` or `@workspace ` but at this point we want customers to use agentic chat. As such CPU and memory usage problem is of higher priority. ## Solution remove: disable workspace lsp --- - Treat all work as PUBLIC. Private `feature/x` branches will not be squash-merged at release time. - Your code changes must meet the guidelines in [CONTRIBUTING.md](https://github.com/aws/aws-toolkit-vscode/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md#guidelines). - License: I confirm that my contribution is made under the terms of the Apache 2.0 license.
