Now that oe-core provides a cargo class, that will be used to build
firecracker instead.

Additional changes:
* Patch firecracker Cargo.toml to patch kvm-bindings from local path.
* Use the SHA instead of tag for kvm-bindings SRCREV to prevent network
  use during non-download tasks.

Note: on qemu86-64, this requires either setting `CARGO_FEATURES = "backtrace"`
in local.conf or patching out the abort settings in Firecracker's Cargo.toml.
Use a fixed srcrev for the kvm-bindings fork and use the local path for cargo
patching.
