What is the outcome that you are trying to reach?

Between the workshop and the benchmarking we have varied use cases for how often we want collect the Spark metrics.

Describe the solution you would like

Adding a variable to the tf stack would allow us to change that from deployment automation. it can default to the same as the kube-prometheus-stack.
