Bug Description
we changed the ownership and permissions on /etc/axonops and the files inside so that the axonops user no longer has permission to write to it.
In the axon-dash part of the docker-compose file it runs a sed command to update the endpoints.
Steps to Reproduce
start a local cluster in axonops-workbench click on AxonOps tab and it will be blank.
Expected Behavior
Should display a AxonOps Dashboard to view local dev cluster.
Actual Behavior
Blank page
