What does the tb1 wallet represent or reference?
Where do we generate or get this wallet?

• tb1 is the prefix of the bitcoin address
• You don't need to use the signet faucet to operate a finality provider
• If you are looking to create a Bitcoin delegation you have two options:

1. Use the staking dashboard: requires both a bitcoin and babylon browser extension wallet
2. Use the CLI Staker program. The program contains docs that you can follow to create the daemon and start creating stakes. You will need a bitcoin and babylon wallet again.
