Bug: No right click menu entries

I updated to the latest version, and the right click -> prompt tower menu thing (which so far was my main entry into prompt-tower functions) has disappeared.

Am I doing something wrong?

Please update your extension.

You can also open the tool from context menu, apologies PT had been moved to activity bar.
