SOR - Tidy tests

There are currently a few different SOR test files in the backend repo. With the recent addition of integration tests that run agains testData, we should be able to remove most of them as they are likely redundant.

The goal of this task is to cleanup unnecessary tests and make sure all remaining ones are working as expected.
