Add Oracle AMM warning

We have been receiving some feedback about pools where the APR is not right. We will show a warning on this pool explaining the situation. The pools will be flagged by the API based on criteria that is still yet to be defined.

are those warnings set manually? The example pool seems to have the warning, but I received feedback from Appzi for https://balancer.fi/pools/base/v3/0xf7d312d5ad9c42cb0651d64323ba4c80e84afe1e that is not showing anything.
