❗ Mandatory Update for Base Sepolia Reth Nodes by April 17th

This release is required for operators running Base Sepolia Reth nodes, to support the Isthmus hardfork happening on Thu Apr 17 16:00:00 UTC 2025 (unix timestamp 1744905600).

Operators running Base Sepolia Geth nodes should be updated to at least v0.12.0.

These updates are optional but recommended upgrade for Base Mainnet Nodes.
