Create entry for successful imports in Sharepoint List #2609
Description
When new data is successfully imported from CBC Project data into the CCBC db create an entry log that will write to the Sharepoint List. Write to the the same Sharepoint as we are currently using for logging errors.
AC:
- Create list item when import is not run due to no changes to the file
- Create list item when import is successfully run
