Performance of get CSV #4
Description
Current plan uses Node to get realtime readings from csv on request from http://dd.weather.gc.ca/hydrometric. There is an alternative which would be to use the weather.gc.ca 'Advanced Message Queuing Protocol' (AMQP) protocol to cache csv's to a faster host or database.
