Family Lot Filter

Describe the task
As a user, I want to filter results to show only family lots so that I can focus on a specific subset of data.

Acceptance Criteria

• A checkbox or toggle is added to filter by family lots
• When selected, only family lots are displayed in the results
• Backend API supports filtering and returns correct subset
• Filter state is retained during pagination and export
