Layout adjustments to testing activity screens

Describe the task
Based on user feedback, we'd like to reduce the width of the table columns as much as possible, so more columns can be seen on the screen at once.

• Please eliminate any additional padding between columns (except maybe for 4 px of padding or something)
• Change the table column header "Container #" to instead read "Cont #"
• Change the table column header "Container weight" to instead read "Cont wt"
• For the boiler plate at the top of the screen, we'd like to change this from two lines to instead be just one line. Please line up the items in the second line so they are paired with their corresponding headers in just one line.
• Remove the sort icon for trash can column

• The changes are made and perceivable in TEST
• Peer reviewed by another developer
• UX review
