Describe the task
As a QuackStack Developer I want a CSS Constants files So That I can have more consistency in styling our Web App
Acceptance Criteria
e.g. Given (Context), When (Action carried out), Then, (expected outcomes)
- Constants file is created
- Constants use Design Tokens
- Constants use Emotion
- Font sizes are defined
- General Colors are defined
